Rena, MS, RD, CDN, CDE is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Elizabeth has been providing nutritional counseling for almost 15 years, and has helped thousands of people to lose weight and keep it off. Rena started The Nutrition Center at Scarsdale Medical Group about 4 years ago, and has helped her clients to lose from 10 – 150+ pounds, and dramatically improve the quality of their lives, through the variety of programs that she has created.
Rena is an expert in the field of Diabetes she works with a team of Endocrinologists, as well as dozens of top physicians in Westchester County and the Tri-State Area. She provides counseling to people with Type 1, Type 2, and Gestational Diabetes, as well as developing diabetes prevention plans. She works with both pediatrics and adults in the management of their diabetes, using the latest technology to help them achieve optimal blood glucose control.
